SITS 2019 is taking place at London Excel on 1-2 May 2019. Here is what we’re looking forward to most.

Here at ONEiO, we’ve been attending SITS for years and we love the great contribution it makes to the IT industry. As one of the largest free to attend ITSM focused events, it does a great job of making high-level education easily accessible to the masses.

1. Can IT deliver the ‘1-click’ customer experience? – John Murane, Alemba

 

We we’re lucky to meet the team from Alemba at SITS last year, we were really impressed by their ‘challenger’ approach to ITSM. They have some great software and great customers, so we’re really looking forward to hearing more about their approach to great customer experience in this session

The TOPdesk team are one of the most vibrant and exciting groups of people you will find at SITS. Their whole approach to people is fantastic and we always enjoy hearing more about how that great working culture ripples through to their customers and community. 3. ITIL 4 SITS Mega Quiz – Test your knowledge and learn! – Akshay Anand

 

With all the excitement and flurry around ITIL 4 coming out this year, this twist on a traditional Q&A from Akshay (AXELOS) is going to be a tremendous spectacle for all ITSM and ITIL pros. The latest update to the ITIL guidance has so far been very well received, but there are some inevitable and sizable questions still on the industry’s lips. We look forward to hearing the answers in this great session

4. Panel: Love me Tender – Avoiding common mistakes when choosing a new tool

 

This keynote panel discussion has a super-star line up, featuring the likes of Patrick Bolger, James Finister, Andy Parker and Jon Morley… all ITSM geniuses in their own rights!

 

At ONEiO we love a good ITSM Tool debate and moreover, we couldn’t be more enthusiastic about the things that make people choose one tool over another. With a great panel of experienced leaders in the ITSM software space, this should be a pretty definitive discussion on the topic of ‘choosing a new tool’.

5. The strategic value of employee experience – Pasi Nikkanen

Last, but certainly not least… our friends over at HappySignals return to SITS to give their industry defining update on Employee Experience. Pasi always speaks passionately and insightful about this important topic. Better yet, because of the amazing work he has his team do in measuring the ‘happiness’ created by service teams around the world, this presentation is guaranteed to be jam-packed with amazing data, statistics and real-world examples of how IT can make your organisation a happier place to work!
