ONEiO, the integration automation platform for IT service management, and Datto, the leading global provider of cloud-based software and technology solutions purpose-built for delivery by managed service providers (MSPs), today announced it’s the newest iPaaS platform to be added to the Datto partner community, allowing Datto customers to utilise their bi-directional integrations to enable seamless workflows between Service Providers’ internal teams, customers and third party vendors.
ONEiO boasts the ability to be out of the box compatible with a number of systems including Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk, MS Teams, Slack, Hubspot etc., enabling Autotask PSA users to integrate quickly with their customer business tools by utilising a simple UX with no coding required.
